How the form works
The form assembles your input in your browser. Generating a draft does not send it; open your own email application or copy the text, review the recipient and content, then send it yourself. This website has no submission endpoint receiving the form.
Who receives your email
The default recipient is the institution’s published address, [email protected]. After sending, your email provider and the receiving institution handle it under their own rules.
What to include
Include one way to reach you. Your name, area of interest, timing and questions are optional. Contact details are included in the email; generating a draft does not upload them to a website backend or save them to browser storage. Start with your area of interest, timing and main questions. Do not include identity-document numbers, complete medical records or another person’s information without consent in the initial enquiry. Confirm a designated channel before sending detailed records.
Hosting and external links
Cloudflare Pages hosts these static pages. Hosting, network and email providers may process necessary access or communication information under their policies. External links are governed by the destination’s rules.
Appointments and payment
Reading a page or generating an email does not create a medical booking, treatment contract or payment obligation. Actual service documents govern the appointment, treatment, price, cancellation terms and data authorisations.
Website interaction counts
When enabled, this site stores daily counts of treatment-page views, budget changes, enquiry starts, drafts, email-opening clicks and successful copies, grouped by page language. No visitor identifier or analytics cookie is set. Names, contact details, enquiry text, full URLs and IP addresses are not stored in these statistics. Counts are not unique visitors or confirmed sent enquiries. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Cloudflare hosts the endpoint and database; network requests remain subject to its hosting practices.
